Pearl strips Pvt ltd founded in the year 1994 is into manufacturing of copper and brass sheets n circles. We have the latest machinery that produces best quality following most stringent process as follows.
- Induction melting.
- Casting of 250kg single billet in water cooled copper moulds.
- Hot Rolling of complete billet.
- Scalping of hot rolled plate at 15mm.
- Cold rolling starts from 15mm and upto 0.23mm.
- Electric temperature controlled Annealing.
- Shearing n power press circle cutting.
